According to the request and response messages from Fuse, the cron job did not include the job ID in the request message when triggering the Job Inquiry API.

Prevention Solution:

Add fixes to the program to check if the job ID received from the Fuse Job Creation API response is not empty. If it is empty, the job creation should be consider unsuccessful and not store the transaction in the bulk payment table. Penril to further investigate under what circumstances the job ID in the Job Creation API response might be empty.
Add fixes to ensure the job ID is not empty before triggering the Fuse Job Status Inquiry API. To confirm with Bank if Penril can set the transaction status to "failure". This way, the bulk payment transaction with empty job id will not be called in the next batch job run for a retry.
