Description
This issue is related to Bug #873.
Refering to email KFHOnline UAT - Installation of Phoenix New Patches at DEV & UAT environment,
As advised by ITS, the 916 XAPI leg needs to be eliminated, and in the 904 XAPI leg that credits back the CASA account,
use the GL number to be debited as the @psAcctNo2 parameter (like in the 905 XAPI leg of the original SI).
This change involves the PhoenixGL2CASA, which 916 XAPI refers to the first sp (Debit from GL) while the 904 XAPI refers to the second sp (Credit to CASA).
The system will use only one sp which is the Credit to CASA.

Change on ESBTransferGL2CASAServices with the 904 TranCode data
and to point to Phoenix service instead of PhoenixGL2CASA.
Manage to test from UnitTestTransferGL2CASA.java successfully.
