This issue should be resolved already, after those upgrade activity seems something affecting CI-Portal server, The report file empty because the probably APP01/APP02/REP01/BAT01 server cannot access shared folder on NFS server. upon the issue occure on 15SEP, i suggest PTAP check those, turnout that only APP02 cannot access shared folder on NFS server. After PTAP re-configure the NFS on APP02 the issue already resolve.
