Different Report RTGS Due to Data Report Fee can't to offload on 20 Sept 2024.
MT RTGS on 20 Sept 2024, Fee on 19 Sept 2024.

Seems there is anomaly disruption for service offloading.
i did not get any information for possible rootcause afer investigation remotely with ptap.
currently the data fee that not being offloaded, after we re-offload the data already offloaded.
We asked help from PTAP operational team to monitor whether this issue occure again for several days.
