UAT still in progress
Though we have explained to user IB revamp is just involving the layout and design changed but they still want to test on the functionality of IB.
14 Aug 2012 : Sharon is requesting to sync the current UAT instances same with production (the newly implemented new branch and IBG members)

Keep follow up with Sharon on the sign off.
Last week : Sharon updated the sign off doc was with Audit.

3:30pm Chris updated that he got the latest update from Sharon, the sign off doc was with Risk Management.

Sharon has provided the sign off doc with conditions which need Penril to sign and confirm that the following 6 issues will be delivered in 1 month after live (without any charges) :
Here are the issues written in the sign off doc :
1). 8 May 2012 – Arrange the “frequency†filtering by : weekly, monthly, half yearly, at the eStanding instruction page.
2). 8 May 2012 – SI History – filtering by Date, and SI Ref No is dynamic i.e. should if it’s listed on the filtering, should display matched tranx. However here it does not display any result.
3). 10 May 2012 – Each biller to have optional field in BVMC to add remarks (similar to cimbclick) Remarks locate next to amount field
4). 11 May 2012 – CIB & CMS : page header should reflect the same description as action/ sub header on left Navi
5). 22 May 2012 – screen to default to verification or approval (if there is pending item). Else, default to landing page 1st screen . This issues to be delivered in phase 2 (issues status : KIV).
6). 11 July 2012 – Service info : FUNFER – charges does not reflect as per BVMC. Service info : RTGS – no open and registered RENTAS, unable to differentiate charges, parameterize function (online/offline) etc.
As I was not involving in the requirements phase and there is no any requirements doc for this project.
I have reviewed the issues with Nazri and with the assumptions that anything related with the changes of java code are out of IB revamp scope.
Here are the comments of the issues :
a. Issue (4) was part of the IB revamp bug which has been fixed.
b. Issue (2) is not part of the IB revamp scope but it's a bug which need to be fixed.
c. Issue (1) & (6) are not part of the IB revamp scope but there are either enhancement/bug which needs further finding
d. Issue (5) & (3) are not part of the IB revamp scope and it's an enhancement

KFH withdrew the conditional sign off and UAT sign off doc was released on 9 Oct 2012.
Invoice has been issued to KFH for payment.
