Description
hide the URL address bar on Print button in all module to prevent injecting input in the URL.

We have started this task, however we have some difficulties in hiding the URL address bar. The method that was use before only work on IE and older browser but does not work on modern browser as it have been disable for security measure to prevent phishing activities on pop up window. We have another alternative by masking the full url and it currently only show partial URL on pop up window and we want to confirm with Vincent whether this is acceptable before we fully implement it on all module that using print function.
