Description
Validation Failed when Select the Yes radio button for "Send SMS to beneficiary?" In 3rd Party Transfer Account.
Test case:
1. Select "Yes" option.
2. Insert all correct fields and leave blank for the Beneficiary phone, without choose radio button for Local Phone and International Phone.
3. Click on "Next" Button.
Actual Result:
Go to "Confirm the details" page.
Expected Result:
Beneficiary Mobile No is required.
