Description

Tested on Operation Mode 2 with Account Status is Frozen (7) for below Account Details:
ATM Card: 5893730009037814
Pin No: 111111
Account No.: 1000071000012236 and 2000071000025790

Expected Result: Unable to Register due to Frozen Statue with Error Message <You are not allow to register as Internet Banking user using this account, please go to the nearest branch for assistance (AS7).>

Actual Result: Failed. Error Message <You are not allow to register as Internet Banking user using this account, please go to the nearest branch for assistance (AS9).> [Refer Attachment]

After I replicated the case and checked the log file the status of both accounts are dormant (attached log file screenshot),
Kindly check with the Agro IT team, regarding this issue,

For CASA, Frozen is a message and not an account status. Frozen status is applicable for FD.

Account 1000071000012236 and 2000071000025790 are of dormant status (9) and therefore displaying correct error message.
