Description
Project: To install Manageengine SupportCenter Plus software as another method to support Penril's client
Scenario:
To Install in Web Server, thus will be in new machine to cater all applications. Currently, there are 2 major applications installed in Web Server:
a) Liferay Postal - Penril website
b) SugarCRM - Penril staff CRM
Since there is a new server will be use, everything have to be move into it. Hence in future 3 major application in Web Server
a) Liferay Postal - Penril website
b) SugarCRM - Penril staff CRM
c) SupportCenter Plus
SupportCenter Plus requirement:
a) Support email will be support@penril.net
b) 3 Bussines Unit
c) Max support rep login - 2
d) unlimited client login

Done so far:
a) Installed new OS on the new machine
b) SugarCRM managed to moved after several upgrade
c) SupportCenter plus installed
Proceed to
a) installing Liferay and moving Penril web site
b) restore Data from current SupportPlus server
