Subject: IE000100SP - TELEKOM MALAYSIA (BILL ACC NO)
Mohon kerjasama untuk membuat semakan segera bagi transaksi bill payment TELEKOM Malaysia di AGRONet kerana jika pelanggan mengisi simbol “-“ pada bill account number transaksi ini adalah berjaya iaitu successful di AGRONET tetapi sebenarnya tidak diterima (rejected) di pihak TELEKOM.
Bagi pelanggan di bawah pihak Telekom telah membuat manual correction untuk menerima transaksi pelanggan.

This issue, is due to Content -> Payee -> Bill Payment -> Telcos -> Telekom Malaysia (details) ->
Bill account display name in IBAM is set to No, should be set to YES, this field is used to validate special character input for Bill Account No.
already set it up in ibam UAT, kindly to test it out and liaise with the agrobank IT whether is set to Y or N,

Internal test has been done and Inform Halimah to check with Agrobank IT on the setting at IBAM Production after done testing in UAT environment.
Test Data: TELEKOM MALAYSIA
Test Scenario: If Set Bill account display name in IBAM is to No
Result:
RIB>Bill Payment>Telcos>Telekom Malaysia
Enter "D22419-076-0107" to Bill Account Number field
Successful go to Confirm Page.
FAILED. Bill Account Number field shall not accept "-".
Test Scenario: If Set Bill account display name in IBAM is to Yes
Result:
RIB>Bill Payment>Telcos>Telekom Malaysia
Enter "D22419-076-0107" to Bill Account Number field
Unsuccessful. Error Message <Bill Account No is not an alphanumeric. >
PASSED.

Had been tested in AGRONet UAT on 04.10.2012 and OK.
