can be test using dummy data but the result cannot be shown the actual result since integration not yet ready. it still can test on the functional (eg: if l click on "tick" button to link to that acct, after done. if go back to the link screen, it will shown not "tick" button on that acct). better not to do the testing otherwise it may reported as a bug to fix it which is may not be a problem.
