1. Enhance customer enquiry module to enable/disable every function according to the country.

d. Change Authentication Mode
e. Change Notification Mode
f. Assign Token
g. Revoke Token
h. Synchronize Token
i. Enable/Disable Token
j. Send Email
Technical Expect:-
1.Modification the business logic behind the Customer Enquiry UI, whereby able to "automatically" turn on/off base on the country.
2.Database process (CRUD) to retrieve the setting parameter in Function Configurator.
3. Build a new module called Customer Enquiry Function Configurator page.
4. Create configuration logic for the mapping of every function according to the country.
5. Please refer to the proposed Customer Enquiry Function Configurator.
