Note Please take note based on the BRS document "Agrobank BIB Business Requirement and System Specification for Initiator v1.3" in the dropbox, there is no edit for the favorite maintenance of bill payment and it is only ADD and DELETE.
CURRENT PRODUCTION RIB BILL PAYMENT ALSO ONLY HAVE ADD AND DELETE FUNCTION FOR FAVORITE BILL PAYMENT MAINTENANCE
