Description

User unable to register to AGRONet eventhough user's Account Status, Operation Mode and ATM Card does not have any issue or problem.
System shows error message: "Transaction is declined. Please contact branch of account".

(p/s: i am aware you have informed the right team to get log file, just for sake of tracking update redmine).

Haida, this morning, l attended the DR meeting and checked with Halimah about the status for this case on the log file, then she informed that herself and the branch also not sure when is the problem occured and she had informed the branch to get the customer try to register again, if the problem still persist, then she will inform accordingly following the production process. l guess you need to use the production process (l guess- support plus) to reply accordingly to Agrobank.

there is no information regarding the two mentioned users in all the attached log files! please get the right log file based on the right date and time of occurrence of the issue.

p/s: you can search for CIF no or account no or ATM card no inside the log files to see if there is any information there.

Recommend to close. Confirmed by branch, husband has switch ATM Card with her wife. No issue.
