To test on BIB Navigation basic system functionality as below:-
- View Navigation & Navigable Services
- Provide edit link for navigation to be edited.
- Activity will be saved for approval.
- Able to display activity in 'Pending'.
- Implement own authorization upon approved in 'Authorization'.
