Kindly assist to fix on the below issue:-

  1. To add pagination at RIB Authorization & BIB Authorization Approval Lists.
  2. To cater on the related transaction in the Approval list.

1. To add pagination at RIB Authorization & BIB Authorization Approval Lists.
Actual Result : Passed.

2. To cater on the related transaction in the Approval list.
Actual Result : Failed. Approval List were catered based on the Action ID. Currently, system allowed user in different group but with same Action ID to view a transaction in Checker Approval List. This may cause a security and privacy breach where different group can view others. If there are 3 group with SAME access ID, GA; GB; GC with SAME Action ID which is Create Content. How to filter checker GA can only view and approve action done by maker GA.

Expected Result : Each group, GA; GB; GC only can view transaction that made by their maker only.

According to Daniel, we will stick to display approval list based on checker action id and no additional filtering by group id.

Hi Anwar,
Based on our meeting on 6/2/2013, should we stick using action ID for filtering?
Below is the scenario that might be raise if we using same action ID.

Scenario:
IBCC Team & VB Team is sharing the Action ID which is Rib User Enquiry.
So how to make sure the transaction made by IBCC Team Maker only appear for IBCC Team Checker only in order to authorize the transaction.

I have been told that there is NO cross function in the each group.

RIB Authorization

Maker
  1. Pending List - Transaction Details have Reject & Approve function same as Approval.
Checker
  1. User Transaction Log - Transaction data not appear after checker approve or reject a transaction.

BIB Authorization

Maker
  1. Pending List - Click on the transaction details "Authorization common page" message display.
Checker
  1. Click on Transaction Details > Click BACK/SUBMIT button.
    The tab highlighted to RIB Authorization instead of BIB Authorization.
  2. User Transaction Log - Transaction data not appear after checker approve or reject a transaction.

  1. To add date format example for date field.
  2. To add validation "Date From cannot be greater than Date To"

This bug is for User Transaction Log. For the requested from Elham, this bugs already fixed and successfully re-tested.

Kindly help to put the max length for "Date From" and "Date To" = 10. - PASSED.
