Description
process:
1. Customer submitted and approved the RENTAS transaction through BIB,
an email notification will be trigger and send to Agrobank Operation
team. Agrobank Operation team will follow the current (Bank existing)
process to process the file.
2. A RENTAS file is generated and the Bank Admin can download via IBAM
system.
"- an email will trigger to Bank Operation team (rentasunit@agrobank.com.my)attached with the txt rentas file.this need to configurate the confi file in BIB module
'- Allow Bank Admin to download the file (txt file)
'- Display view for IBAM: Date generated, file name"

Bank changed the requirement for email: please do not attached any rentas file in the email for security reason.

Hi Alwi/Lee Lee,
Kindly assist to specific in which IBAM module, Bank Admin able to generate and download the RENTAS file once received an email notification.
Please provide if there is any process/screen flow for this module. Thank you.

please go to
IBAM -> BIB Transaction Enquiry -> Select RENTAS Transaction Type -> select Transaction ID to see the details.then it can get the file and download it.
Bank Admin is not require to generate the Rentas file. The RENTAS file will be attached in each sucessful transaction.
