To add new sub module for maker and checker"
maker:
a sub module will be created: Authorization Log : Maker will be able to search the Authorization Log for status of items (approved/rejected) that was initiated by him/her. no edit for rejected item.
2. As a checker, can i see all the transaction that have been approved or rejected?

Added User Transaction Log under Authorization module
1. For maker, user can see all authorization log that initiated by the user. User also can do search by date, action type and status.
2. For checker, user can sell all authorization log that being reviewed by the user. User also can do search by date, action type and status.
