Briefing by Adham:
He found out that a /usr/openv/bin folder is missing on last Friday 8/2/2013, then he restored from DR server.
Today:
Engage with Support, found few folder are also missing under same dir

Netbackup services managed to start, able to login, but not able to do backup since some function missing.

Copy back the binary file resolved the issue.
