Description

This module will enable CST User to register a Merchant Portal User.

New tables need to be created to cater for the Store id dependency on the user. Create a method accessed via cronjob to update a table based on a hierarchy file that will be given by Maybank team. After the registration is successful, the system need to send two separate emails to MMP user to notify their new user id and password.
