KFH Labuan user unable to view BIB L reports since October 2012. Issue has been escalated to Penril Onsite Support on 15/10/2012.

Shuhaida tested change the permission in UAT server. It resolved.
- stop BV
- Just execute again -
chmod 755 BIB chmod 755 BIBL
- clear cache
- start BV
- retry again

Applying the above steps resolved the issue in production as well.
