Description
Creates all necessary tables for kfh_consumer, kfh_bib and kfh_corus. Update BVMC tables and all necessary contents.

Done Adding all the Table into the database. Only for the BVMC pack and data dumping.

Keep on hold because currently, doing the SI documentation for CIB and BIB which is urgent. will continue once the documentation done.

Table setup done and application consumer, bib and kfhmb tested successfully. Still waiting for vincent for soing IBG server setup.

All the setup inside new server done already. Now new server can be used for testing and it is same environment as current kfh development.
