Description

Hi Alwi,

The following client transactions do not pick up in IB but in the host it's success and debited in the client account.

Client Info:

Name        : Rohana Ibrahim
Account No  : 1007021000053129
CIF No      : 270040386
Date/Time   : 6.5.2013/ Antara 11:26 am hingga 11:43 am
Total       : RM650.00

The client transaction recorded in the log, but no information recorded regarding the transaction in database. Here are some of the revised table:

1) IB_INTER_TRANSFER
2) IB_USER_TRANSACTION_HISTORY
3) SMS_TABLE

The log file located in the usual share folder. Need your immediate action because the client not perform this transaction.
Attached is the client transaction history.

Again, the reason IB not pick up the transaction is because the previous error "Lock request time out period exceeded" .and now we suspect that webspere connection pool is too low.
Currently we are unable to check the connection pool log for this transaction since there is no log recorded during this error occurred. for the solution and prove our suspect, we already asked Pn. Ruzaimah to monitor the Webspere connection pool and make sure that Log recorded correctly so if this error re-occurs we are able to check the Log and give the solution,

What is the current connection pool? And have we recommend Agrobank to increase the connection pool size?
