Customer failed to changed password with error - Invalid Account Number

Mohon kerjasama untuk semakan kerana gagal membuat change password disebabkan error “invalid account number”.

Berikut adalah maklumat pelanggan:

Kindly do testing on this issue by using the following information:

Hi Ateh,

To test the forgot password.

Steps on testing:
1) Click on Forgot My Password hyperlink
2) Enter the Username, Acc #, ATM Card #, Pin # and click on Continue button
3) Reset the password by key-in the new password.
4) Successfully changed the password.
5) Successfully Login using Username and New Password

The internal testing PASSED.

Since the user has 45 accounts IB breakdown the account list retrieval by getting the first 30 accounts list and then get the remaining list ,
during validate account, IB only validate the List of remaining accounts that is the caused that IB throws invalid account number since account number is in the first 30 accounts list,

Fixed:
Add all account number into the list and then validate the accounts,

Customer has been successfuly do forgot password and able to login AGRONet.
