Description

Salam Alwi,

From the internal testing there have a bugs/issues that need to be fixed.

Test Case# 1.2.1
Enter Empty Value or Space to Username.

Step to reproduce:
1. Input “ “ to “Username”
2. Input “Password”.
3. Click on “Secure Pass” and Input Secure Pass PIN.
4. Click on “Login” Button

Current Result:
System throw error message – PASSED
but reset all field values

Expected Result:
System throw error message and NOT reset the field value.

Test Case# 1.2.2
Enter Password Empty value to Password.

Step to reproduce:
1. Input” Username”.
2. Input “ ” to “Password”.
3. Click on “Secure Pass” and Input Secure Pass PIN.
4. Click on “ Login“ Button

Current Result:
System throw error message – PASSED
but reset all field values

Expected Result:
System throw error message and NOT reset the field value.

Uncheck Secure Pass

Step to reproduce:
1. Input” Username”.
2. Input “Password”.
3. Click on “ Login“ Button

Current Result:
System throw error message – PASSED
but reset all field values

Expected Result:
System throw error message and NOT reset the field value.

Hi Kah Yan,

Kindly help to change the error message for locked user.

Step to re-produce:
Enter invalid Password more than 4 times
  1. Enter Username
  2. Enter invalid Password for more 4 times
  3. Enter Secure Pass Pin #
  4. Click on Login Button

Current Result
System throw this error message:
"Sorry, your Online account is blocked.For assistance, please call our Contact Centre"

Expected Result
System should throw this error message:
"Your Account has been locked.Please call Agrobank's Contact Center."

Hi,

Bugs fixed and successfully re-tested.

  • Enter invalid Password more than 4 times
    1. Enter Username
    2. Enter invalid Password for more 4 times
    3. Enter Secure Pass Pin #
    4. Click on Login Button

Expected error was throw out "Your Account has been locked.Please call Agrobank's Contact Center"
