Salam....
Customer unable to do IBG transfer.
When click next button, shows error message 'service currently unavailable'.
Error message as per attachment.
Customer details as below:
1. Customer Name: SAFARUDDIN BIN SAMSUDDIN
2. CIF No. : 280340710
3. Account No. : 1002081000001354 (current)
4. ATM Card No. : -
5. Transaction Date/ Time : 17hb,18hb and today.
6. Type of transaction: Favourite interbank GIRO Transfer
7. Error message displayed: [9999]
Customer is using mobile phone to do transaction.
Previously had using same method (mobile) and the transaction is successful.
Please advice.
