Description
eC - Please block such unnecessary fields which appear when client inputs shares instruction as Accrued Interest, CTP etc.
Note: There are other fields need to remove from trade and time deposit screen. Changes will be made once receive the feedback from users.

Zayani to verify with Vincent: what "value" needed to be sent to the host. either is "null" or "zero" or not require to send the element.

--------
1. Get asset nature from product code from both sharedHolding tbl and product tbl. And filter it to disable field.
Example data that required is (SECURITIES (SEC) , WARRANT (WRT) and RIGHT (RGT))
