Assalammualaikum dan salam sejahtera.
Most of the customer get timeout error while perform Login/change password/new registeration using Mozilla & Chrome today.
Session expired
You have left the browser idle for more than 5 minutes. Please login again.
Check app1 & app2 server status : started.
Please advice.

Forgot my username (haven't tried, but might the same)
Only the Safari browser not affected so far.

First of all completed must be 100% done.
Secondly, how this problem being resolved? Please update.

This is due to session affinity. WAS stick the user to App1-server2 instance. At the same time this instance was hang. That why user kept having session time out. Restarting this particular instance resolved the issue.

What is the reason the instant hang?
