Kindly assit to solve this Bug.
Login as : administrator
Password:Mss@dm1n
  • Step one to re – produce
  1. Click on MAINTENACE
  2. Click on Message Box
  3. Select subject Maintenace
  4. select any Category
  5. Click on Delet Button

Current Result:
Successful
Secure Mailbox Category has been succesfully deleted.

Expected Result:
Secure Mailbox Category has been deleted and pending for approval.

  • Step two to re – produce
  1. Click on MAINTENACE
  2. Click on Message Box
  3. Select Subject Maintenance.
  4. Select any Category .
  5. Select Any Subject .
  6. Click on Edit Subject
  7. Key the New Subject / or Empty Value for the Subject
  8. Click on Back Button .

Current Result:
System goes back to Subject Detail page but subject is edited subject
System goes back to Subject Detail page but subject is empty

Excpected Result:
System goes back to Subject Detail page with correct detail.

  • Step three to re – produce
  1. Click on MAINTENACE
  2. Click on Message Box
  3. Select Subject Maintenace
  4. Select any Category
  5. Click on Add Subject.
  6. Key in Subject.
  7. Click on Add Button.

Curent Result:

Successful
Secure Mailbox Subject has been succesfully created

Excepted Result:
Successful
Secure Mailbox Subject has been created and pending for approval

[Bug - for Step 2]:
Root of Issue: Current back-end is using formbean to display and will display the latest inserted value on the form/field.
Resolution: We added Viewbean to the back-end to revert unintended value on the display.

Actual Result: Secure Mailbox Category MAINTENANCE has been edited and pending for approval
Expected: Subject Maintenance <Subject> has been edited and pending for approval.

IBAM043: Delete Subject Maintenance Subject Result Page
1. Review delete Subject Status/Status note
2. Click on “Back” button
Actual Result: Secure Mailbox Subject [SUBJECT NEW 2] has been deleted and pending for approval
Expected: Subject Maintenance <Subject> has been deleted and pending for approval.

As per discussion, Subject Maintenance is only be used to create category and subject in order to allow RIB/BIB user to compose and send email to Agrobank. Noticed that the compose features in RIB and BIB has been temporary disable and its also do not have any connection to the Notification tab therefore it is advisable that tab to be temporary hidden.

As agreed by user, all issues with regards to the Subject Maintenance will be dropped.
