Description
Test Edit User Maintenance details –Send SMS Pin
1. Click on User Maintenance.
2. Click on User preferred hyperlink.
3. Click on “Send SMS Pin” button.
Result: User didn’t received SMS Pin.
Expected: SMS Pin shall be send to the User registered contact number.

Kindly assist on fixing the "Service is currently unavailable" issue.

System throw "Service is currently unavailable."
Expected Result:
SMS Pin shall be send to the User registered contact number.

Root Cause:
Two user with same user name in DB
Fix:
Delete one of the users
Add checking during user creation
Attached is a screenshot before deleting the user
