Hi Alwi,
Kindly assist on the issue System is not ready while reset the password.
Step to re-produce:- Click on BIB>Reset Password (CA)
- Enter username and SMS Pin
- Enter new password and confirm new password
Current Result:
System is not ready
Expected Result:
Successfully reset password

Upass returned 6 (User alias not found).
root cause: Did not pass application ID,
resolution: Pass Application ID.
