Step to re-produce:

1. Click on IBAM
2. Click on content.
3. Select INTERBANK Hiperlink.
4. Choose any Category Name hiperlink.
5. Click on Create content Button.
6. Tick on "Rentas Member ID".
7. Key "XXX" in the Field.
8. Click on "Done" button:
   system will apear the Error message :"Rentas Member ID is not numeric."
9. Clear the " Rentas Member ID " field.
10. Untick "Rentas Memebr ID".
11. Click "Done".

Current Result:
Still there is "Rentas Member ID is not numeric as a Error message".

Expected Result:
shouldnt show the error message when "Rentas Memebr ID" is untick and ther is no any data in Rentas MemeberID field.

1. Click on IBAM>Content>INTERBANK.
2. Click On “Category Name” hyperlink.
3. Click On “Create Content”.
4. Tick “Account Number Length Verification” checkbox for fund transfer.
5. Enter " " or invalid value to “Account Length” and/or “Account Display Name”.
6. CLick on "Done" button.
7. clear fund transfer “Account Length” and/or “Account Display Name”
8. untick “Account Number Length Verification” checkbox for Loan conventional
9. CLick on "Done" button.

Current Result:
still The system shows the Error message
Expected Result:
System must to remove the error message for this case.
Note: please check Loan Conventional,Loan Islamic,Credit Card,Hire Purchase. they have the same issue.
