Description
Convert Agrobank IBAM database to Oracle. Due to Hadi had made some modification on the UPASS tables, please discussion with Hadi on the UPASS tables conversion strategy.

Managed to migrate Agro DB to Oracle. Still need some work to remove the unnecessary tables.

Migrated to staging Oracle DB on user "M2U_UPASS_CI". UPass Admin module able to run by pointing to this DB.
