please assist to solve the Bug , thanks.

Test Company Enquiry - View, Create & Edit Company Details.
  1. Click on BIB
  2. Click on Company Enquiry.
  3. CLick on Search
  4. Select any Company Name Hiperlink.
  5. Click Edit and do any changes .
Login as a checker and Appprove the changes.
  1. Click on Authorization
  2. Click on User transaction Log.
  3. In User Transaction Log - Details,
  4. Click on Details
  5. the new data didnt transfer .

In "Approval Details - BIB - Edit Company" page, why Edit Company Profile has Repeated 2 times?
refer to screen shot.

Other phone number Doesn’t transfer . in "User Transaction Log - Details" page
