Description
Create and Edit Promotion/Announcement
1. Did not tick "Select application:" checkbox
Result: No Validation - Application will be default to RIB
Expected: System shall display error message - <Application is required.>
2. Select "Flag" as "Hot or New"
Result: Image of selection flag will be shown at the notification title but only in BIB (Initiator/Approver/Single User/Viewer roles)
Expected: Image of selection flag will be shown at the notification title in RIB and BIB for all Roles
3. Select "Publishing Type" as "Promotion"
Result: Notification only shown in RIB and BIB (Corporate Admin roles)
Expected: Notification shall show in RIB and BIB for all Roles. Corporate Admin under Promotion column. Others Role under Latest Promotion and Announcement column.
4. Suspect Issue. Notification still show in application after expiry date.
Create Example: Test create promotion 15/07/2013 12:00:00 AM 16/07/2013 12:00:00 AM
Expected: This notification will be not shown in the application on 16/7/2013.

throw exeption in services
2. Select "Flag" as "Hot or New" - done bib
add filtering in jsp for new or hot
3. Select "Publishing Type" as "Promotion" -done bib
add in jsp for other role
4. Suspect Issue. Notification still show in application after expiry date. -done

- Kindly also fixed at RIB sites.
- Display Notice in RIB and BIB - textbox title not the input/content. Failed.
