Description

Salam Alwi,

Kindly assist on the email notification issue.

Step to re-produce:
  1. Login as Single User
  2. Click on New 3rd Party Transfer
  3. Select From Account
  4. Enter To Account, Amount, Remarks and Beneficiary Email
  5. Click Next button
  6. Enter Security Token Pin # and click Confirm button
  7. Successful transferred the money to New 3rd Party account

Current Result:
Email send to the user that choose from channel in IBAM>BIB but the Beneficiary not received the email.

Expected Result:
The Beneficiary should received email

Notes:
  • For the Initiator, once approver approved the transaction and successful only should received the email.If rejected or unsuccessful no need to send the email.
  • Please fix also for Favourite 3rd Party Transfer

Hi Alwi,

Kindly fixed this issue also.

Scenario 1: 3rd Party Beneficiary Maintenance - Add
  1. Click on 3rd Party Beneficiary Acc Maintenance
  2. Click on Add button
  3. Enter Account Number, Beneficiary Nickname and Beneficiary Email
  4. Click on Next button
  5. Click on Confirm button

Successfully added the Favourite 3rd Party

Scenario 2: Favourite 3rd Party Account Transfer
  1. Click on Favourite 3rd Party Account Transfer
  2. Select From Account
  3. Select To Account

Current Result:
Beneficiary Email not displayed the email that already registered in 3rd Party Beneficiary Maintenance - Add

Expected Result:
Field Beneficiary Email should display the email that already registered in 3rd Party Beneficiary Maintenance - Add. If not registered should display blank.

Send email to beneficiary user.

Tested and passed. Beneficiary User enable to receive the email that input on the fields.
