Unsucessful FTT for USD5,044.28.
The chronology of the transaction as follows:
1) Payment created on 29 July 2013 2.52pm 1.06am
2) Payment approved on 30 July 2013
3) System debit Customer account USD5,044.28 + Charges USD20.00
4) System prompted error message "transaction error....."
5) System reversed the entry to Customer account for USD5,044.28 but system doesn't reverse charges entry USD20.00
6) Check charges GL 01-88-888-01-01-41030001, the amount USD20.00 still under pending transaction
Labuan customer is residing from various country and different time zone. Some of them may perform the FTT during night time (Malaysia time).

Initial assumption is it could be due to restriction from the Malaysian side.
Charges will be successful since it is transferred straight to Phoenix Labuan.
But Labuan FTT architecture will need to do two transaction which are transferring from User account to GL in Phoenix Labuan.
Another is transferring of Nostro GL in Phoenix Malaysia.
It could failed at Phoenix Malaysia at midnight and reverted the transaction back.
There could also be maintainence event going on at Phoenix Malaysia during that specific time.
Currently pending on the customer's reply on the issue.

Spoken to KFH's Hafidzah regarding this issue. We are aware that KFH Phoenix down time is around 12 midnight to 2.30 am. So, the transaction is failed due to this reason. Hafidzah will check at their end. Meantime, I've advised Hafidzah to enable to operation hour in BVMC so that during the Malaysia Phoenix downtime, users unable to login.

KFH has confirmed on the scheduled downtime as below:
Phoenix Labuan:
22:00 - 22:30
Phoenix Malaysia:
23:00 - 03:30

We have changed the Operation Hours as guided in UAT environment. User wish to apply the same downtime notification for CMS Labuan.
Append below is KFHMB downtime notification for your reference. Kindly assist.
