Hi Chee Ping, there are some issues happened in compose new message in RIB. I guess this is related to browser compatibility. Please assist.

Customer encounters "session timeout" after submitting message in confirm page.

Different scenarios are giving mix result:

Scenario #1: Tested by Gabby, refer to attachment for pictures
Browser: IE 10 running as IE 7 mode
Details:
1. When composing the message, I use another text editor to make the font of the message bigger
2. I copied the text from external text editor, and paste to the "compose new message" 3 times
3. click next
4. confirm message appear
5. click confirm
6. session timeout

Contradiction: Problem does not appear in native IE10, tested by Gabby

Scenario #2a: Tested by Ferry, no screenshot
Browser: IE 8 native
Details:
1. When composing the message, Pak Ferry does not modify the font style. however, the font will go bigger by itself
2. click next
3. confirm message appear
4. click confirm
5. session timeout

Scenario #2b: Repeat the same step, but when at step 4 (click confirm). Click confirm many times, then the validation will dissapear.

Contradiction: Problem does not appear in IE10 & also IE8 in other PC, tested by Gabby

Scenario #3a: Tested by Wahyu & Gabby, screenshot will be attached in penril support system
Browser: IE 9 native
Details:
1. When composing the message, Pak Wahyu does not modify the font style. and the font looks normal as usual (size, shape, style)
2. He changed the subject of the message
2. click next
3. Validation will appear: message is required. Though the message is already keyed in.

Scenario #3b: click other menu (profile mgmt / others), go back to compose new message, tested with same scenario as #3a. But the error never appear (intermittent).

Contradiction: Problem does not appear in IE10
