Description

Edit Secure Pass Management
- if status change to Faulty/Lost, CA cannot revoke the status.
- if status change to Not Assigned /Suspend, CA able to revoke.

Expected: To set for status Faulty and Loss, CA will not able to edit and change the status.

Alwi has fix on the front end to unallowed user to change the status from faulty and loss to others. To ensure the token which has been flag as faulty/loss should not able to be used by approver until Bank admin change it to not assigned from IBAM.

Salam Alwi,

Kindly assist on Unknown Error issue.I try to revoke the token from user. When I click on Confirm button the Unknown Error appear.

Step to re-produce:
  1. Login on BIB as CA - abdullah/aaaa0000
  2. Click on Edit Secure Pass Management hyperlink
  3. Click on Security Token Serial Number
  4. Click on Revoke button
  5. Click on Confirm button

Hi Kartono,

The issue has been tested and resolved. But,kindly assist to change the error message as below:

If login using token with status Faulty/Lost/Suspend
  • Your Security Token is invalid. Please contact your Corporate Admin.
