Hi Ateh,
Currently production APP server 172.17.21.39 & 172.17.21.40 have been updated with new credentials, thus vendor does not have access to it for now. Might need IT to raise ticket to helpdesk.
Please ask Wahyu to send the log file to us. I think that will be easier. Path of log file is
172.17.21.39 : /usr/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv01/logs/member1
172.17.21.40 : /usr/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv01/logs/member2

Bang Ateh,
The issue is because 1 column is missing in interbank table. Ask It to perform this query in PROD:
ALTER TABLE DBO.IB_BANCNET_LIST ADD COLUMN SKN_TOP_TEN VARCHAR;
