Description
BII Credit Card : CC Summary in Accounts & Banking to add on a "PAY" button. Customer can make the CC payment in Account & Banking-CC summary.

2013-10-16 Thomas: If from account blank, it still show. Requested to be:
- no from account: throw proper message
- 1 account available: show the from account as label
- more than 1 account available: show as drop down list
