Description: Register an account
After click "Next" once key in all the information; Account No, ATM Card No & etc - System unavailable
Registration issues – only “register an account“ doesn’t work the other 2 is fine. So we let the link enable but there is a msg. written “we are currently doing a website service maintenance”.

Test 2 option:
Workaround (1) - Restart Web server dan WAS
rename plugin log (to get fresh plugin log) for troubleshoot further

Workaround (2) - Revert web plugin
Kesan, BIB inaccessible to Public
rename plugin log (to get fresh plugin log)

Still not resolve. Alwi and Chee Ping is looking into this issue

We only execute, workaround (1), The workaround (2) not proceed after tested directly to the App1 & App2 (bypass the web server plugin) and thrown a session timeout error message hence not the plugin issue.

29/8/13 - plugin and clear cache but still not ok.

8:13pm - Change one JSP file in IB Application in production server. Need to test on the Registration next morning due to the module is offline currently.

30/8/13 - Tested successfully in Production
