Description
Authorization > Approval
Once click "Rejected" or "Approve" system prompt error but changes exist.
Issue happen when approve Edit Service Info.

Root Cause: Data Issue. Scenario not found during SIT/UAT
Column LOG_BEFORE_STATE and LOG_AFTER_STATE in ADMIN_AUDIT table not enough size
Resolution:
Need to increase column size at Main Notes.
2/9/13: Send for UAT to proceed for deployment.
To test to key-in max 8000 alph in service info main notes.
