Dear IT Team,

Forwarded email refers.

Since 3.9.13, we have received total 4 complaints from Contact Centre regarding:

a) Failure on activation for KFHOnline Users as edit function is not available
b) Customer failed to perform login even the user status shown as "Normal" in BVMC
c) Customer encountered "Session Expired" page when performing login
d) Customer was prompted message "Insufficient Permission" when performing login

Please refer to issue log attached for further details.
Seek your assistance to look into this issue immediately.
Please do let me know if you need further reports or details for your investigation.

Based on investigation by Shuhaida:
All the customers that have problem loging in, have empty data in table bv_ep_uprof_srv.
This table save the template id of each user.
I suspect this is the main reason why they can't login to cib.
I have also simulate in development. It return the same result.

As temporary solution we will give the script to manually add the missing data.
The server app1 and app2 need to be restarted after the implementation.

File effected :-
1. IBRegisterMobileNoAction.java
2. IBRegisterMobileNoServices.java
3. IBRegisterDetailsAction.java
4. IBRegisterDetailsServices.java

#Issue closed since already been identified this issue caused by other channel and Customer has forward to respective channel
