Description
CIF should allow supported special char in host. i.e CIF = ABc,001, A001, A-001 etc. Should accept special char."
In RCAS CIF is equal to company ID and now RCAS only accept Alphanumeric for CIF/Company Id

Solution
Use regex to validate CIF and throws message "cannot include " < > ' % ( ) ; + & \ special characters"
Other than that It will accept.
Tested Part.
-- Only front end testing and success throws error message. Module company(Create Company.)
