Description
RCAS had encounter problem the deploy of our production. We have provided the required logs for your reference.
1) the max and min heap size being set at the app sever. If you don't know the size or don't know how to check, also mention when log the request- pending
2) does your server request load increased a lot recently? If yes, by many percent? If you don't know, you can get the information of the total number of daily login request to see the request volume trend. - There has not sharp increase of users to the system. The deployment done after 12 midnight and this after we had restart the services.
