Dear Penril Team,
Kindly asssit to check problem below
During setup above customer, system rcms prompt that user name exceeds max length of 35 (as per below screen shot) & wei did shorten the user name (less than 35) but the user id not appear in RCAS (pingen list).

userId data was not created properly as there was error during creation. Has advised the user to recreate the userId.
