Description
1. The column should be filled with Indonesia provider name
2. Time format should use WIB (Waktu Indonesia Barat)
3. Download token search result using IE version 8. Able to download the excel file but no data contained. Unable to view pdf file.
25 Sept: RCAS never displayed provider name in global layer. Additional effort is needed to cater for this.
Time zone is based on server time, not application

Token Listing (55)The column should be filled with Indonesia provider name
Need to do:
Token management -> Token Listing -> Provider -> Global -> at the display list, Provider - to fill with the provider
Provider – select Global: Result page screen to include those token already assigned to Provider, if not yet assigned to any provider then it will show blank.
please branch out individual, do not release first.

Completed. Added new column P_PROVIDER to TB_AM_VASCO_GLOBAL table:
ALTER TABLE "RCAS_APP"."TB_AM_VASCO_GLOBAL" ADD P_PROVIDER varchar2(64) NULL ;
All changes at branch GlobalProvider, affected project casadmin and rcsabl.
