SCP ID# 1145 : Unable to login with Id PERSI1D - "system currently not available" - CAS

Dear Gabby/Penril Support,
CMS receive response code "98 - System unavailable" when user id PERSI1D login.
As per checking at CAS logs, we found error as per below and U_use_count field already reach 999,999 at tb_am_user table.
Please advice how we change the field lenght to allow this id to login.
