Root cause:
RCAS using P_EXPIRED_DATE from TB_AM_USER to check on expiry date. While RCMS using P_GENERATED_DATE + PASSWORD_EXPIRY_DATE to calculate expiry date. Since PASSWORD_EXPIRY_DATE is changeable in security policy, the pre-calculated P_EXPIRED_DATE will become un-sync when there is changes on PASSWORD_EXPIRY_DATE.
Solution:
Changes RCAS checking method on expiry date to follow RCMS (P_GENERATED_DATE + PASSWORD_EXPIRY_DATE to calculate expiry date) since PASSWORD_EXPIRY_DATE is changeable.
